One of the first things we did was we met together to develop a media strategy. After we met together to develop the strategy it was my goal to implement the strategy but at the same time understanding that Set Free Ministries still had commitments to attend to. In our first meeting we developed a strategy with goals and guidelines certain objectives that were prioritized over other objectives. This was the beginning to a new image and new standards.
One of the first objectives was to change and update the monthly newsletter. This is a very important piece of media becuase of how many of their donors it reaches very month. The second ojective was to get the social media going and make sure that it was consistent with the Set Free Minisistries message. Thirdly, we began to develop a new branding scheme far the banquet. This was the beginning of the braed development praess.The final step of the process, the pinnacle, was to take their year-end design and knprove upon the layout to deleiver the Information presented better format for more efkalre design communication. Which was very Important as It shared critical Information with donors about the accomplishments over the past year, goals that have been met and the needs forthecomlng year.Sowe began the process.
