One of the first things we did was develop a media strategy. Afterward, it was my goal to implement the strategy while understanding that Set Free Ministries still had commitments to attend to. In our first meeting, we developed a strategy with goals and guidelines while prioritizing objectives. This was the beginning to a new image and new standard.
One of the first objectives was to change and update the monthly newsletter. This is a very important piece of media because of how many of their donors it reaches each month. The second objective was to get the social media going and make sure that it was consistent with the Set Free Ministries' message. Thirdly, we began to develop a new branding scheme for the banquet. This was the beginning of the brand development process. The pinnacle of the project was to take their year-end design and improve upon the layout to deliver the information presented in a better format for more effective design communication. This was vital because as it shared critical Information with donors about the accomplishments over the past year, goals that have been met, and the needs a forthcoming year.
